How to Make Fried rice in 3 simple steps ๐
1. Boil rice in stock – chicken stock or meat stock
2. Stir fry your vegetables
3. Stir the boiled rice in the vegetables and Enjoy ๐

Easy Fried rice recipe
To make this meal you can follow these steps, adapt as needed!
Rinse some long grain or basmati rice in warm water. I used about 3 cups of rice.
In a pot, boil the rice in about 4 cups of stock – you can use chicken stock or meat stock. You donโt want the rice to be too soft because you will stir fry the rice.
Stir fry your vegetables – in a frying pan or wok, add 5 Tablespoons of groundnut oil, spices – (1.5 tsp curry, 1 tsp thyme, salt & pepper to taste), add about 1.5 cups of mixed vegetables (I use frozen mixed veg + frozen sweetcorn), add about half cup of shrimps, 1 medium onion + 2 spring onions, diced mixed peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow) and fry for a few minutes.
Stir fry the boiled rice in the vegetable pan. Add some butter to the rice and allow for a few minutes. Serve it up and enjoy ๐
