Banana pancake recipe

This batter makes about 8 medium sized pancakes ๐Ÿฅž 

Ingredients 

๐Ÿฅž 1 cup of self raising flour 

๐Ÿฅž 2 medium sized bananas 

๐Ÿฅž 1 cup of milk 

๐Ÿฅž 2 TBSP of caster sugar 

๐Ÿฅž 2 TBSP of oil 

๐Ÿฅž 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Optional 

๐Ÿฅž 1 large egg 

๐Ÿฅž 1/4 tsp nutmeg 

๐Ÿฅž 1/8 tsp cinnamon 

Method. 

1. Blend all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth. Feel free to add more liquid or flour based on your desired consistency. 

2. Grease a pan with butter on medium heat. 

3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan 

4. Cook for about 2 mins until you see the pancake starting to bubble, then turn over and cook for another 2-3 mins. 

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 till the batter is finished, then serve with your favourite toppings and Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š!
