Bread and Fish roll

Fish roll – a quick and delicious meal idea ๐Ÿ˜‹  

For the filling, I used sardines from a tin, added some spices, cream (you can add mayo) and chopped veg. 

For the roll, I cut the edges off some bread slices, flattened each slice using a rolling pin. 

I put some filling in each flattened bread and rolled it together. 

To seal, I used milk to seal the edge of the bread roll using a pastry brush, I also brushed some milk on the sides of the roll. 

To fry, I sprayed some oil lightly in a pan and toasted each bread roll for about 2-3 mins on each side on low/medium heat. 

Iโ€™ve also made this with tinned Tuna, and also mackerel chunks from a tin and it was yum ๐Ÿ˜‹
